The great and the good of the computer security industry gathered in San Francisco this week for the RSA show, and while they were there the results of the Security Blogger Awards were announced.
...and, I'm delighted to announce, Graham Cluley Security News was awarded the title of "Most Entertaining Security blog" against some tough competition!
This is the third time that the site has won the title of "Most entertaining" at the RSA Security Blogger awards in San Francisco (similar awards are announced in London at the Infosec show each year), so I'm honoured to think that I'm still making you have a wry smile as you read the latest horror story from Yahoo...
You can find the full list of winners on the Infosecurity Magazine website.
If you haven't already done so, do check out the great infosec blogs on that list as they are sharing some terrific information.
Thanks to everyone who voted - it really means a lot. I am chuffed to bits that the website has won an award, and am particularly grateful toDavid Bisson and the rest of the team of guest contributors who help bring you advice and commentary every day on the latest security news and threats.
Thanks also to all those companies who havesponsored the site over the last year - their support has ensured that we can keep running the site without irritating adverts.
But most of all - thank you for reading, leaving comments and for signing-up for thefree newsletter. It's a great feeling knowing there are people out there who are enjoying what we write, and - hopefully - finding it useful too!
