Federal

for its

Vision portfolio of network packet brokers (NPBs). This ensures that all

cryptographic keys and algorithms conform to strict National Institute

of Standards and Technology (NIST) and Canadian Centre for Cyber

Security (CCCS) guidelines.

The

Cryptographic

(CMVP) is a joint effort between NIST in

the United States and CCCS, a branch of the Communications Security

Establishment(CSE). The CMVP validates cryptographic modules to

Federal

Information Processing Standards (FIPS) 140-2,Security Requirements for

, and other FIPS cryptography-based

standards.Federal Agencies in the United States and Canada may acquire

active FIPS 140-2 cryptographic modules listed in the

CMVP

for the protection of sensitive

information.

The certificatesare valid on all Ixia Vision NPBs including Vision ONE,

Vision 7300, Vision Edge 10S, Vision Edge 100, Vision Edge 40 and

TradeVision, Ixia’s market data monitoring platform, as well as the

Vision Edge OS. The certificates will also be valid on future Vision

NPBs.
