Bitglass recognised by Gartner in Magic Quadrant

SaaS and enterprise mobile security vendor Bitglass has been named a leader in Gartner’s 2018 Magic Quadrant for Cloud Access Security Brokers.

Gartner evaluated 13 vendors on 15 different criteria, with Bitglass evaluated based on its “ability to execute and its completeness of vision”.

Gartner said: “Bitglass’ unique, agentless architecture deploys rapidly and delivers real-time, end-to-end data protection for any application, any device, anywhere. According to Gartner, “by 2022, 60% of large enterprises will use a CASB to govern cloud services, up from less than 20% today” and as more enterprises adopt cloud-based tool Bitglass is in a unique position to offer the data protection that they need without imposing unnecessary hurdles or restricting data access for authorised personnel”.
